Arriving at Cape Hatteras

So the round the world trip finally begins!!!! First stop Cape Hatteras with a quick drop in at Atlanta to pic up my lil sis! After 11 hours in the car from Atlanta to North Carolina it was fair to say we were ready to see the end of the road, we had no idea what was about to greet us as we crossed Alligator River… the 11 hours were well worth it… I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

Aligator River Bridge

No photoshop I promise!!!!

The following images were all shot looking south from Alligator Bridge however, the view of the neon blue waters to the north were just as incredible if not more so.

Certainly one of the most beautiful sites of nature I have seen.

South Africa to Mozambique by 4×4 video

After wading through several 100 gigs of video I finally managed to wrangle it down to 10 mins! The video is a compilation of footage shot on a recent trip across South Africa and Southern Mozambique, starting in Cape Town and ending at the end of the Inhaca peninsula of southern Mozambique. Hope you enjoy the ride!

South Africa’s hidden kitespots

A round up of the best spots we found along the way as we drove from Cape Town to Mozambique through the garden route and along the Wild Coast. South Africa certainly didn’t disappoint with an abundance of incredible locations that  offered perfect flat water lagoons and long breaking waves set against a variety of the most stunning natural backdrops South Africa has to offer.
